Jane Hyunjoo Park is the founder and Managing Partner of Mirae Law. She specializes in advising private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on both transactional and governance aspects of business operations and expansions.
Attorney Park's expertise includes assisting companies that are expanding into the U.S. market with formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate succession planning. She also provides guidance on government incentives and operational issues, such as contract matters and employment law compliance.
Her clients include publicly traded companies in South Korea and North America – including Canada and Mexico. She is dedicated to staying innovative and up-to-date to ensure her clients’ business and personal interests are protected at every level. She is an active member of American Bar Association in their Business Law Section and Merger & Acquisition subcommittee.
In addition to her corporate practice, Attorney Park counsels private clients on estate planning, real estate transactions, and transitioning business leadership to the next generation.
True to the firm's mission statement adopted in 2004, Attorney Park is committed to contributing to her community. She serves on the boards of various organizations and provides pro-bono legal counseling to community members in need.
