Recently, Attorney Kim successfully secured a dismissal through summary judgment in an asbestos-related lawsuit filed against a U.S. subsidiary of a leading Korean construction conglomerate, delivering optimal results for the client.

Attorney Kim earned a law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, a prestigious institution in Manhattan, New York City. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal, an honors journal at Cardozo, and his Note was selected for publication.

 

Additionally, his experience as a judicial intern at the New York State Supreme Court for approximately one year, where he drafted judicial opinions, provided him with deep insight into the court's decision-making process.

또한, 맨해튼 지방법원에서 약 1년간 판사의 인턴으로 근무하며 다수의 판결문 초안을 작성 하였고, 이 경험을 통해 법원의 의사결정 과정에 대한 깊은 통찰력을 쌓았습니다.
