Job Description:

Provide clients with advice on immigration-related matters, including visa applications, permanent residency (green cards), citizenship, work permits, re-entry permit and asylum. Evaluate case strategy for all matters and advise on case assessment and requests for evidence. Prepare and file various immigration forms and applications, including petitions for non-immigrant and immigrant visas, asylum applications, and naturalization forms. Ensure all documentation complies with current immigration laws and regulations. Manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously, tracking deadlines, interviews, and legal documents.
